I am a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping clients relieve stress, address specific bodily discomforts and improve their overall well-being. I specialize in cupping, deep tissue, prenatal, Swedish and sports massage techniques - tailoring each session to the individual needs of the client. 

In addition to my passion for massage therapy, I enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the great outdoors. I, along with my husband and twin sons have lived in beautiful Bend, OR since 2006. In my free time, I love hiking, kayaking, camping and snowboarding with my family and friends. Like all multisport athletes in Bend, I have long used massage and bodywork to keep my body moving through the seasons. Inspired by the power of massage therapy, I attended school at Sage School of Massage, and am happy to utilize my passion and knowledge in massage therapy to help others.
